BREAKING: Texas Roadhouse is planning to build a new location on Evansville's east side! Details on where ⬇️

🤠 Texas Roadhouse has submitted plans to the state to finally build a much anticipated new location on Evansville's east side. Back in 2023, Texas Roadhouse Holdings LLC purchased the former Steak 'n Shake building (it will be demolished) by I-69 and the Lloyd Expressway. The restaurant is now moving forward with plans to move across the Lloyd Expressway.

🥩 The new building is planned to be 8,947 SF and will be located on 1.61 acres of land. For comparison, the current building is 7,645 SF and is located on 1.12 acres of land. The new Texas Roadhouse building will allow the restaurant to have more space and additional parking. No word on an opening date yet!

Southern Indiana Realtor reportedly under investigation after multiple clients reported the same suspicious behavior 👀

Allegations include:

📱 responding to texts way too fast

🏡 getting emotionally attached to houses she doesn’t own

💰 negotiating like it was her money

🔎 investigating neighborhoods like a private detective

☕ still checking on clients after closing

One anonymous source stated:

“She wouldn’t let us make a bad financial decision even when we were fully prepared to.”

Another added:

“We thought we hired a Realtor. Apparently we hired a protector, therapist, negotiator, and part-time FBI agent.”

Authorities confirm Jessica Mason is still out there:

• telling clients the truth
• protecting their money
• and caring way too much after closing

Honestly… suspicious behavior.
