Hello, fall. 🍂🤎

There's just something about Northern Michigan this time of year.

Crisp mornings, colorful trees, cozy coffee stops, football weekends, and drives that make you want to take the long way home.

Every season here has its own kind of magic, but fall might just be my favorite.

What's your favorite Northern Michigan fall tradition? 🍁👇

Good morning and all of Michigan! Have a great weekend! Go Green! Sparty on!

Fall in Northern Michigan isn't just a season—it's a lifestyle. 🍂🏡

From colorful neighborhoods to cozy evenings by the lake, this is one of my favorite times to show people what it's like to call this place home.

If you've ever dreamed of living here, now you know why. 🤎

Buying a home in Northern Michigan is one of the biggest financial decisions in a person's life.

And the behind the scenes work is where deals are made or lost.

That's where I spend most of my time.

Calling listing agents, reaching out to my network, and finding homes before they hit the MLS.

Doing diligence on properties before you waste your time touring one with major red flags.

And when it's time to write an offer, I already know what the seller cares about, so we can come in strong without overpaying.

If you want someone who puts in the legwork behind the scenes, I'd love to connect.

I'm Jamie, a real estate agent in Petoskey. Follow along for honest takes on buying, selling, and living here.

P.S. Most of my clients start by sending me a message right here on Instagram, so don't be shy!

The year you stop saying "next year" about buying a home in Northern Michigan.

A lot of buyers have been sitting on the sideline waiting for the market to feel "right," and the truth is, it rarely feels that way until you're actually in motion.

The people I see make moves this year are the ones who stopped waiting for a sign and started getting clear on what they could actually do.

The good news is the gap between "thinking about it" and "actually doing it" is usually smaller than people realize. It just takes a real plan instead of a vague hope.

If you've been quietly considering a move and want a clear path forward instead of more guessing, I've got you.

I'm Jamie, a Petoskey local and real estate agent helping people buy and sell in our area. Follow for more real estate tips and local recs.
