One thing I’ve learned helping families find their place Up North is that every town has its own feel, and Boyne City is an easy one to understand once you spend some time here.

Lake Charlevoix sits right at the edge of downtown, so you can go from coffee or dinner straight to the waterfront and boardwalk. In summer, there’s boating, golf, and mountain biking at Avalanche Mountain. Then winter rolls in and Boyne Mountain is just a short drive away for skiing.

That mix is what gives Boyne City such a strong year-round feel.

I live in Petoskey, but Boyne City is one of those places I’m always happy to show people because for the right person, it just clicks.

Maybe the grass really is greener here. 💚
