I'm opening a pastry shop with my fianceé in downtown Petoskey, and we're hoping to open sometime this June. The idea is to create an artisan desert place focusing on pastries like macaron. The interior is currently under renovation, equipment is slowly coming in, and it's all coming together. Neither of us have done anything like this before.
