Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Assistant

Join Our Team for the Rest of the Season!

Morgenson Realty is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain the landscaping at our apartment communities through the remainder of the season.

Responsibilities include:

Spraying weeds
Pulling weeds
General landscaping and grounds maintenance
Assisting with other property tasks as needed
Requirements:

Reliable and self-motivated
Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Dependable vehicle and valid driver's license, as travel between multiple properties is required
Ability to perform physical outdoor work
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for seasonal employment and who enjoys working outdoors. This position is seasonal and will end around the end of November. We have available hours Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Hourly rate to be discussed.

Happy National Cow Appreciation Day & National Mac and Cheese Day, Hidden Ponds Residents! 🐄🧀

Today, we proudly celebrate two of Wisconsin’s greatest contributions to happiness: cows and mac & cheese.

To our hardworking dairy cows: thank you for your dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to producing the milk that becomes the cheese that makes Wisconsin famous. We couldn’t do it without you.

And to mac & cheese: thank you for always being there for us during long days, rainy evenings, Packer games, and those moments when cooking feels like entirely too much work. Management cannot confirm or deny that mac & cheese counts as a well-balanced meal today. 😄

In honor of this special occasion, we encourage all residents to:

* Give a silent thank-you to a cow. (From a distance of course)
* Enjoy something cheesy.
* Settle any friendly debates about the best mac & cheese recipe. (Clearly it's baked)
