🎉 Congratulations to my amazing first-time homebuyers for closing on their new home this morning! 🏡

This journey was far from easy we were under contract, but their original lender couldn’t make it happen, causing the deal to fall out of contract just four days before closing. But we didn’t give up! We got back under contract, and with the incredible help of Ashlyn Crump Smith and Stacey Brandon, we turned things around and made their homeownership dream a reality.

This is a perfect reminder of why working with a local lender is so important. Ashlyn and Stacy worked tirelessly to ensure everything came together, and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and hard work.

My buyers went through every emotion excitement, frustration, and back to excitement and today, seeing them at the closing table was the most rewarding moment. They’ve worked so hard to get to this point, and I’m beyond thrilled for them!
