Selling your home is a very personal thing. You’ve grown in it, you’ve customized it to exactly what you want, and you’ve made memories in it. My goal when selling a home is to find someone who also finds your home as special as you do and this was definitely one of those transactions. A lovely couple came through my open house and instantly fell in love. I knew right away, they were the “one”. It’s bittersweet when you help someone leave Austin, but I knew we were leaving the seller’s home in the right hands.

I received a referral from a past client about an estate sale and executorship. Those are always difficult times, but I helped my sweet sellers navigate the process, including the estate sale and some minor updates & repairs. Someone came through the estate sale and reached out asking if we would consider a pre-market offer. The seller and I discussed all the possibilities and after a lot of negotiating, got to a place we felt was acceptable. I negotiated the buyer paying all the closing costs, which helped offset a lot of the costs we were expecting if we had gone on the market. I’m grateful for the trust they had in me during such a difficult time.

Full Service Realtor! My clients were are out of town and we leased to the perfect tenants so quickly (less than 2 weeks!) that we didn’t have time to get someone over to mow before their move-in. So you do what needs to be done. 😂🏡
