We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to:
Update, maintain and input client information on various city and county permitting sites.
Answer phone calls and route to appropriate person.
Assist the Permit Coordinator with online forms, tasks and client phone calls.
Assist the Office Manager with proposals, invoices, tracking payments and maintaining client/invoice spreadsheet.
Other duties include maintaining office supplies, software, interfacing with vendors to ensure proper functioning computers, printers and network.
Providing marketing support by setting up trainings and maintaining contact list for new clients.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
The ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, fast and accurate typist with an eye for detail and familiarity with online forms. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.
Work week Monday - Thursday in-office, 8 am-5 pm, Friday remote work. Pay range $15-$18.
