We closed yesterday! Praise God! I prayed so much for this one, a little more than usual because I knew this is what my client so longed for. Now, she gets to downsize, she gets to go visit family in MX, and she gets to relax for a bit because it sure was tiring and stressful packing up a house she had lived in for over 30 years. It was also an emotional time. Thank you to buyers’ agent, Claudia Garza, to buyers’ lender Tania Ortega, and to Dante Title-McAllen for a smooth transaction! To my client, we will definitely stay in touch, as we have grown to feel more like a lasting friendship than just Realtor/Client relationship. To God be the honor and glory!

I scheduled showings yesterday (Friday) morning for my buyers/clients on two homes they chose. I decided to “throw in” a third home nearby but didn’t let them know which house it was ahead of time in case they “saw” something (negative) in the pic. It was the best decision because they didn’t know what to expect and it was “the one!” 🙏 It had everything they wanted except an island so I quickly asked ChatGPT to put an island and they got an idea what it would look like with an island. They loved the visual of having an island but just loved the home so much that buyer/wife said they think they might even do without an island. Needless to say, we put in an offer! Praying we go under contract today! 🙏 📝 🏡🔑🙏

Thank you, Lord, this past Friday, 2/6/26, I had the incredible honor and privilege of celebrating my first closing in San Antonio… AND the icing on the cake is it was for my daughter and son-in-law’s closing on their new home in San Antonio! 🏡🔑

Congratulations, 🎉 Andre & Brenda, on the purchase of your beautiful new home! My prayer is that it be filled with endless love, joy, peace, and countless blessings for you and my two exceptional, beautiful grandchildren.

This journey began back in December. I made three trips to San Antonio. Each time, we toured several homes and even submitted offers on two. On the first one, the sellers decided to lease their home instead of selling and, on the second, despite our best efforts and negotiations, we were unable to reach an agreement. God had other plans, and third time was a charm.

Congratulations again, Mr. and Mrs. Dixon (Ma and Son)! Thank you for allowing me to represent you as your real estate agent. I wish you only blessings upon blessings. May our Heavenly Father continue to abundantly provide for you and cover your home with grace and favor always.

Thank you, Lord, that this transaction is now closed and funded. It was a rollercoaster of a deal to say the least. It was overwhelming at times but with God’s help, listing agent (Eric Jimenez), lender (Stephanie Norman) with Adelante Mortgage, Dante Title, and myself, we all guided our clients and persevered through one obstacle after another, and we got it done! Vaquero Up is organizing a pulled pork sandwich fundraiser to help Frank Medina and his battle with Leukemia.

Frank, a sophomore offensive lineman for UTRGV, an RGV native, was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.

We stand together with the Medina family and wish Frank a full recovery as he takes on this cancer diagnosis.

We are kindly asking you to consider contributing to this cause by purchasing tickets ($10), making a monetary donation, or helping us spread the word about this fundraiser. Your support will go directly towards helping Frank and his family as he continues his fight.
