When choosing a home inspector be sure that they utilize a thermal camera during their inspection. The presence of insulation in the walls is just assumed but with a thermal camera its absence can easily be seen. I mean most home buyers want insulation in the walls of their new home, right? 🤷Well without this tool, you wouldn’t know without tearing into the wall.
