We've been working tirelessly to transform this 30,000 sqft architectural masterpiece into a unique mixed-use space that blends urban living with rich history.

Once a headquarters for the Morris Guards, an iconic independent military club, this building tells a story of pride, community, and service. From its origins as a military hub to its future as a thriving residential and retail space, the Morris Guards Armory is about to embark on a new chapter.

Remember when an empty lot at Point Breeze Ave and Tasker Street turned into the spot to be? ☀️🍻

Many summers ago, 1622 Point Breeze Ave became a neighborhood backyard. Cold draught beer and cider flowing, Philly’s best food trucks lined up, friends catching up at picnic tables, kids running around, and someone always asking who was up next for bocce.

There was yoga in the morning, farmers’ markets on weekends, and that unbeatable golden-hour glow that made you want to stay just a little longer. It felt spontaneous and intentional all at once. Community in its purest form.

Huge shoutout to the crew behind South Philadelphia Tap Room and American Sardine Bar for dreaming it up, and to Fair Food for helping make it happen and supporting local growers along the way.
