【Double the Success! Two Closings in One Day 🥂】
It has been an incredibly productive day! I am thrilled to announce the successful closing of two very different properties today.

This property belongs to a dear friend of mine—we’ve been playing tennis together since high school. While our first attempt at listing last year faced some market challenges, my friend placed his full trust in my professional advice and made strategic improvements to the home. This spring, we re-entered the market and, thanks to our tireless efforts, the property sold at a great price!

This was a tenant-occupied rental property. This marks the second time these owners have entrusted me with their real estate needs.
