As I always say saving money is making money! Here we took perfectly good granite slabs from another project and repurposed them for this project. Although this cannot work for every project, having this level of foresight can be the difference between saving or spending THOUSANDS of dollars. And in the end the client is happy, my pockets are happy, so everyone wins!!! 😍🤑🤑

Understanding the cost of labor and construction is paramount. Do not get suckered into a renovation nightmare because of a cheap quote. Your looking at 31 days worth of work, to accomplish NOTHING! As i told my friend often times it takes a homeowner to have a horrible construction experience to appreciate the value of quality work, and zero headaches. Keep learning my friends!!

Anyone can get a loan and build a masterpiece, but can you take the coins out of your pocket and make it look like a well thought out and designed ex*****on? Everything you see in this bathroom was purchased wholesale! Some stuff 2 days ago, other things 5 years ago. Make sure your coaches are teaching you the business and how to save money while you in it!!!!!

I would have never thought that building this one unit right here in north philly would make me such great returns. Every time I show AirBnB numbers it only from this one space! I am set to bring in just about $27,000-$30,000 for the year from just this unit, and will have 4 units in September. There’s so secret theory, there’s no magic key, just a little bit of hard work, mixed with some sacrifice, and garnished with basic intelligence, and your meal is served!!
