I see this all the time with sellers.
An owner comes to me and says:
“Darwin, I’m tired. This property is becoming a headache. I want to sell.”
We find a buyer.
We get close to the finish line.
Then inspection happens… and a major repair item pops up.
Suddenly the seller shuts down:
“You know what? Forget it. I’m just going to keep it.”
But sometimes people don’t realize how close they are to moving on to the next chapter.
How close they are to less stress.
How close they are to buying the next property.
How close they are to building the portfolio they actually want.
Real estate can be emotionally exhausting. Fatigue makes people want to quit right before the breakthrough.
Just keep going.
