Hi there!!!! Thanks for stopping by. š„° Just wanted to share a little about myself and why Iām in REAL ESTATE. Iāve always wanted to help people. When I was in college I wanted to become a guidance counselorā¦ then a medical social workerā¦ even a physical therapist. Although most of my career has been in Health Care, what Iāve found through EXPERIENCE about OWNERSHIP is all the doors itās opened FINANCIALLY for my family and I. Unfortunately what I didnāt know (and what my first agent failed to inform me of)was anything about FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERS GRANTS, LENDER GRANTS, HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION, etc. But what you donāt know you donāt know right??? While selling my first house and buying my second home- My agent then TAUGHT ME SO MUCH about the home buying process: my property value, cash out refiās, fighting low appraisals, etc. I couldnāt understand why she was freely teaching me so many things. She simply said INFORMATION IS FREE- WHY WOULDNāT I TEACH YOU- I decided right then and there to become an AGENT. To help other families the same way she did for me. Not because healthcare isnāt important or counselors are not impactful- but because thereās something life changing- generation changing when you:
