December settlements... to finish off the year for my seller clients! Thank you for trusting me to get the job done! ✔️ I truly appreciate the referrals !

I set a goal for myself in January with I turned 40 to sell 40 homes 🏠 this year and I unfortunately did not reach my goal.

I did however sell 27 between PA & NJ and that is something to be proud of in such a crazy market! I post ALL of my settlements not just as reminders for years to come but as motivation to keep going. What you don't see is the countless times I have failed. That is the part of the business that will w**d out who has what it takes. There is so much time, energy and money that is wasted but it's all apart of the process and I understood that very early on.
