Settlement Day, Alexander was on a mission, he knew what he was looking for and was determined to find it. We went and looked at about 20 homes in different areas around the city. UNDER CONTRACT... Yesterday I received a call from a new client at 10:30am (first time talking) and they wanted to see a house at 1pm, we went and saw the house, and they loved the home. We had an offer in by 3:30 and a signed contract back by 7:30 that night.

Congratulations to my buyers on the purchase of their new property in the port Richmond area. After a few hurdles leading up to settlement, myself and the lender along with the selling agent worked together to figured out how to still be able to get us to the table and to close on this deal.
