It's been a few busy real estate weeks and I completely forgot to post that we closed another League Court Townhome!
All 61 are sold, and we're in the home stretch to close the last 4!!!
These homes have been such a big part of my life for the last 7 years, from overseeing the design, approvals, construction, and sales, I'll be soooo excited to see them all occupied in the next 3 months!!!
