Funny, this was the first property we looked at, and returned to it after 20+ additional showings.

Why, might you ask?

A gorgeous new reno, yet the layout didn't seem ideal.

With determination and creativity, she reimagined the interior and took a second look...
We simply could not deny just how perfect it really was!

The eviction moratorium ends on June 30th, with the mortgage forbearance protection not far behind. I am days away from being certified in short sales & foreclosures because I want to protect my clients and handle their unique situations with care and expertise.
