🇺🇸 Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it’s a day to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

As a Navy veteran and local REALTOR®, I’m especially grateful for the freedoms we enjoy every day because of their sacrifice. Today, we remember the fallen, support their families, and reflect on what their courage means for our communities and our homes.

Wishing everyone in Berks County a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. ❤️🤍💙

🌷 Spring Ahead Tonight! ⏰

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour before bed.

Yes, we lose an hour of sleep… but we gain longer evenings and more sunshine — which means spring is right around the corner here in Berks County.

Longer days = more time for:
🏡 House hunting
🌳 Outdoor projects
🍔 Grilling in the backyard

Spring real estate season is almost here!

🏡 Berks County is shifting — but still competitive.

• Inventory is improving, but still tight
• Well-priced homes are moving fast
• Overpriced homes are sitting
• Buyers have a little more negotiating room

This isn’t a crash.
It’s not 2021 chaos either.

It’s a strategic market.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Berks County, let’s talk numbers specific to your neighborhood.

🏡 Quick Neighborhood Question!

I’m a local REALTOR® here in the area, and I’m always curious what actually matters most to homeowners — not what the internet says should matter 😄

So I’ll ask you:

👉 What’s the ONE thing you’d change about your home if you could?
• More space?
• Bigger yard?
• Updated kitchen or bathroom?
• Less maintenance?
• Or honestly… better neighbors? 😉

I see a lot of trends behind the scenes, but the real insight comes from conversations with people who live here every day.

Drop your answer below — no sales pitch, just neighborhood curiosity.

(And if you’re ever wondering what homes like yours are selling for lately, I’m happy to share that info too.)
