Had a great time at ’s Investment Strategies event the other night! I had the pleasure of connecting with a local house inspector, real estate photographer, and Space & Company’s Broker Brigit who I have heard so many wonderful sentiments about.

We played an investment strategies game with a premise of: if you saved or invested $40k 10 years ago, what would that money yield today? The options: put the $ in a savings account, invest the $ in a money market, top 5 stocks, single family home or duplex.

The results: a savings account would have earned you roughly $200 10 years later. A duplex, $700k.

Had a great meetup last week with fellow Philly-area real estate investors , and from the community!

We shared recent wins with each other, challenges and learnings, talked about our marketing strategies, and shared photos of a house she recently closed on! We then brainstormed kitchen layout ideas with her - my favorite!

It was a wonderful evening of connecting with my investor community IRL and talking about how we each plan to “leave people and places better than we found them,” our mentor Debbie’s motto.
