Wealth creation is a godly gift, and God says that he is the one who gives the ability/power to create wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18)

There are several forms of wealth, spiritual, financial, and health, just to name a few...

The past year's circumstances empowered me to be intentional about walking in the ability the Lord gave me, in every area of my life!

Grateful for the wisdom of God that started me investing in Real Estate... I most certainly couldn't imagine all those years ago that there would come a time when those efforts would allow me to remove myself from toxic environments and still be able to take care of my financial responsibilities without the stresses of a 9-5.
Here's what I've learned High-Intensity Environments cause an emotional intelligence decline, affecting mental health overall. This doesn't afford an individual opportunity to produce or live at optimal levels.

I have since decided that my physical and emotional well-being takes precedent over everything! So now instead of continuing on in stressful environments, reluctantly, but doing so because I have "bills" I am able to bow out gracefully...Real estate investing allowed me to retire at an early age (I can't even imagine waiting until "retirement age/years or the ever-moving USA number--now 67 geesh).

When I feel even a little stress, I go do the things I love, at will, any time of the day, in any state WITHOUT HAVING TO GET TIME OFF OR VACATION APPROVAL (breeding more stress).
