Friendly reminder…
If you bought a home and all you really had to bring to the table was a small deposit, your appraisal, and your inspection, you did REALLY well.
Buying a home isn’t free. It’s supposed to cost money.
Too many people forget that because they’ve seen a few success stories online. Those deals don’t happen by accident—they happen because of strong negotiations, the right loan program, seller concessions, and a solid plan.
If you got into a home with very little out of pocket, appreciate it. That’s a win.
And if your Realtor helped make that happen, do them a favor—leave them a 5-star review and send referrals their way whenever you can. Those two things mean more to us than most people realize, and they’re one of the best ways to thank someone who helped you through one of the biggest purchases of your life.
