Morray’s Furniture sold their building and my friend Harvey is liquidating their inventory!

Harvey is a friend and client of mine, and a really nice guy. He’s the salesman at Morray’s and since the building has been sold, Harvey needs to move the items out before the end of May. Their other store in Warminster can’t hold all of the inventory, so it must go!! He’ll make you an awesome deal!

Existing-home sales fell 3.6% in March to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.98 million, down 1% from a year ago, as rising mortgage rates, weak job growth, and faltering buyer confidence weighed on the market, according to NAR. Sales declined month over month in all four regions. The Northeast saw the sharpest pullback, dropping 8.5% from February and 12.2% year over year to the lowest level since 1999.

First time buyers continue to struggle in making offers to purchase homes.

This chart is from the National Association of Realtors showing how the cash buyers have been a larger part of home purchases. Fueled by existing owners experiencing large equity gains. At the same time, first-time buyers struggle to compete against these attractive cash offers, bringing their share of the market to an all-time low in 2025.
