I’ve been called a “Smart Alec” more than once over the years.
Sometimes as a compliment. Sometimes not.
But after 30 years helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, I’ve learned something:
Being strategic matters.
Seeing what others miss matters.
Thinking three steps ahead matters.
So I’m leaning into it.
