🚨 Employee Spotlight: Vinnie Biasiello 🚨

Vinnie Biasiello is a Senior Associate that joined Stamm Development Group in 2016.

Vinnie joined SDG in 2016 as an Associate. In his first two years with the company, he worked alongside Stamm Development Group’s President and CEO to create and develop our brand into a household name within Philadelphia County. During that time, he gained extensive knowledge in acquisitions, development, operations, and construction management. Vinnie quickly became Stamm Development Group’s first owner’s representative for construction management while overseeing and directing all marketing efforts. He has successfully managed 300+ units through substantial construction completion, which include single-family homes, mixed-use and multi-family projects.

In 2018, Vinnie was promoted to Senior Associate. At that time Stamm Development Group launched its property management subsidiary, SDG Management, which currently manages Stamm Development Group’s rental portfolio. Vinnie’s role continued to expand as the company grew. He strategized and implemented in-house leasing and property management protocols and procedures that successfully has contributed to low turnover and vacancy rates within Stamm Development Group’s 200+ unit rental portfolio. Vinnie also serves as the company’s buyer representative. He handles contract negotiations, buyer relations and navigating closings for Stamm Development Group’s for-sale portfolio.

In 2021, he stepped into an operational management role and handles oversite of Stamm Development Group’s construction, leasing, property management and marketing departments. Vinnie’s commitment to the company’s organizational tasks, growth strategies and employee relations has been a large component in Stamm Development Group’s success. As the company continues to expand Vinnie plans to have a huge role in helping further implement new company protocols and procedures to help maximize efficiencies within the organization.

Vinnie is a graduate of the Rowan University – Rohrer College of Business. He graduated in 2016
with a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

This past Monday our own Dean Tye representing The SDG Foundation joined Anton Moore, Senator Anthony Williams and The NoMo Foundation to participate in the first round of donations for Unity In The Community’s Operation College Help program. Over the course of the morning, we donated 3 $1,000 scholarships and brand, new laptop computers to three amazing students who will be attending college this Fall. In total, The SDG Foundation has committed to 10 scholarship and laptop donations totaling over $15,000 to Operation College Help! As well, The SDG Foundation has committed to $10,000 to Unity in the Community’s Carpentry Apprenticeship program (more details to come soon)! A big thank you to Fox29 Good Day Philadelphia and Jennaphr Frederick for shining the spotlight on such a worthy cause! Since the 2020 Stamm Development Group Golf Outing, The SDG Foundation has been hard at work making sure all the donations we’ve received are being utilized for worthy causes that fall within our Mission Statement! We’re proud to share this video and let you all know more about the wonderful charitable organizations we’ve partnered with.

🔹The SDG Foundation Scholarships via Philadelphia Futures are 3 $10,000 commitments to 3 first-generation-to-college students who will be attending Drexel University, Morgan State University and Thomas Jefferson University!

🔹We’ve continued to partner with Old Pine Community Center to help provide a wide range of donations including back-to-school supplies for their students, gift cards for Thanksgiving meals, 100 toys to children in need during the Holiday season, monthly care packages of meals and other daily essentials and a new refrigerator to help expand their food storage capabilities. We’ve also committed $10,000 to provide support for their Summer In The City summer camp program!

🔹Our newest partnership is with North Light Community Center and we were able to donate new sporting equipment, as well as replacing the basketball hoop on their playground!

These donations are just the start and after the $220,000+ (!) we raised at this year’s Golf Outing we can’t wait to increase our efforts and continue to make a ton of positive change in our community!
