On October 3rd he asked me if he could buy a house. 🏡

Congrats to David on closing today! A monumental day coupled with a classic Mean Girls reference.

I met David years ago when I was still serving at Parc. We became fast friends and jump to today where we helped him settle down again in Philly.

This is very much a success story. David qualified for an incredible forgivable loan program giving him 5% (of the purchase price) toward his closing costs. Plus, we managed to lock down a 3% sellers assist AND a brand new roof.

Everyone says it’s not a good time to buy because of the rates, but I beg to differ. It is more common now to get assistance toward your closing costs. Take advantage of this market and worry about refinancing the rate later. The rate is temporary; your home is forever!
