I just got back from the dreamy reset I didnā€™t know I needed in Culebra ā˜€ļøšŸŒŠ ā€” rested, recharged, and ready to hit the ground running for the spring market.

From island sunshine to snow boots overnight, but honestly? I love this season. While everyoneā€™s digging out, Iā€™m already diving into strategy, prepping listings, connecting with buyers, and gearing up for a competitive spring here in Philadelphia.
