I have been with Weichert going on 9 years, 5 years as the Director of Operations and top trainer of new agents. I got licensed going on 3 years ago. It has been crazy since this pandemic started. We have been busier than ever. So many people wanted to move out of the cities. Now they can and work remotely! I personally have transacted many more deals than I would have, because there has been such need for good, trustworthy, active agents! I work hard and effectively. No one wants their time wasted, least if all me. I won’t waste your time. If you are a buyer, coming to me to find a vacation or full-time home in the Pocono’s, I’ll find you a home in the least amount of time and for the least amount of money. If you are a seller, I will strive to get your home sold in the least amount of time and for the most money possible. My listings have historically sold very quickly. I like to think it has something to do with pricing them right and marketing them well. I use the Weichert tools available to us including the nation-wide marketing plan. I very recently listed a home on a 25-acre property in the dead of winter for $549,995 and within about 6 weeks (with Christmas and New Years in the middle of those 6 weeks) we had 2 competing offers! The seller has told me he is very happy with the offer he chose and the work we did for him to get him the best offer for his home. On a personal note, I moved here 24 years ago from Sacamento California because my husband’s job got transferred out here. We moved with our then 9-year-old identical twin girls and our 6-year-old daughter. Now that ‘baby’ is turning 30 very soon and one of the twins has had a daughter of her own. My first granddaughter, Rory, was born last year. My husband just retired, after 37 years with the same company. But I’m enjoying being a REALTOR® too much to retire right now! So, I will be around for years, to be yours and your friend’s and family’s REALTOR®! I will work hard, and smart, for you! I’ll put in the time and the effort for you, but I’ll also work efficiently using all of the tools Weichert provides us! I would love to help you on your home selling, or buying, journey!
