✨No late rent payments over 30 days in the past 12 months
✨No late payments on your credit report in the past 12 months
✨2 tradelines on your credit report that have been or were opened for a minimum of 12 months
✨Mortgage payment of less than 29% of the borrowers' monthly gross income
✨All debts plus monthly mortgage payment of 41% or less than the borrower's monthly gross income
✨Meet household income limits of no more than $103,300 annually for 4 people or less or $136,600 for 5 people or less (higher in some higher-cost counties)
✨Purchase a home in a USDA-eligible area
