One of the remaining gems, Philips Restaurant sign, hangs from a brownstone mansion on South Broad Street. Although the sign has ceased to glow since the restaurant closed a decade ago, it continues to attract the attention and pique the interest of passersby. Former owner, Phylis Muzi, was a dear friend.
