🚨Preapprovals are KEY🚨

Obtaining a pre-approval means a lender has done a hard inquiry and analysis on your credit information and is extending a mortgage to you based on that information.

Once you have your preapproval, DO NOT open any new lines of credit or make any major purchases prior to closing on your home, as that will negatively impact you in the end.

It’s very important to do your due diligence when choosing a lender to work with. You can also obtain at least 3 preapprovals to shop around for the best rates.
