Get the benefit of having a realtor who has a law degree. When things go wrong, you need someone who understands negotiations, leverage, expected returns. I have taken courses specific to these skills. Negotiating a price point for sale is one small aspect of a sale. Well about 5.5 into real estate (including co-vid) I hit the 100 client mark for helping people in real estate. It is a pretty good feeling to help so many people with happy parts of their lives…..when my divorce firm deals with usually their worst! I have great mentors and people who help answer any questions. I have great friends and family who support me. I appreciate all of the referrals over the last 5 years and look forward to posting in the next 3 years when I get into the 1000’s!!!
