So unbelievably proud of my clients. Last summer, I received a call out of the blue from 2 young investors from New York who found my reviews on Zillow and wanted to pick my brain about investing in Northwest Philly. It’s very humbling to realize the difference we make in people’s lives in this business. This couple is getting married and bought their first home in Chestnut Hill with us. In a multi-bid bidding war where we were told “everyone waived inspections” we stuck to our guns, didn’t give up that important contingency, and we won.

After inspection, a leak was discovered coming from the upstairs bathroom that traveled down to the first floor and major plumbing repairs were needed. This saved them from a nightmare $18,000 repair, which the seller agreed to fix. They’re moving into their dream home with nothing to worry about.
