❄️🥶🧊MELTING SNOW & ICE… FINALLY!!
Streets in Philly are becoming more manageable, but the bigger problem is where to park when you reach your destination. It’s made showing homes a bit chaotic.

I’m taking today to work on my business from home. I like to take this time of year to go over systems and procedures - find what worked for me and what didn’t over the past year. It’s time to reorganize, rebrand, and create new procedures.

As a Realtor, I work every day. Sometimes it’s out on the streets showing homes, sometimes it’s online researching properties for clients & staying on top of the current market, sometimes it’s endless phone calls/emails/texts from wherever I am in my day. There are so many behind the scenes part of a realtors job. We’re therapists, organizers, handyman, photographer, marketer, assistant, networker, etc. It’s definitely not a job for the weak!

⚠️ Ice safety❗🧊

With the recent cold weather, the Delaware River and other waterways in the Philadelphia region have begun to freeze over. While this may be a picturesque sight, it also presents a significant danger to the public. Falling through ice can be very deadly, very fast. ☠️

People should not attempt to walk, skate, drive on, or otherwise venture onto river ice, particularly on the Schuylkill River; river ice is notoriously unpredictable and can be extremely dangerous, making search and rescue responses challenging. 🛟❌

Please help keep yourselves and first responders safe by staying on solid ground this winter. 👍

I’M BACK!!!
I took some time off from posting to deal with whatever f**kery the end of 2025 threw my way - THANKFUL THAT’S OVER!!

This weekend I’m taking time to get my house in order, train & play with our 10 month old pup Penny, along with concentrating on growing my business for 2026.

It’s OK to step back from life to get reorganized & energized. Be kind to yourself and listen to your body.
