Ending the year with such a smooth transaction! This isn’t always the case so when it happens, I have to appreciate it a little extra! I’m very happy my buyer got the keys to his new home before Christmas! Buying a home with only a tax id number is not the easiest for buyers, but when they get to accomplish this goal, it truly makes my heart happy! So glad I was able to help make this happen for him. A special thank you to USA Mortgage for helping him make his dream a reality also.

These clients came as an agent to agent referral and were an absolute pleasure since the very beginning. They sold their home, which they have been in for over 50 years, and bought their forever home just within minutes of their grandchildren. Some people just radiate pure joy and peace and these clients did just that! I wish them a lifetime of happiness in this new stage of their life ❤️

Another one in the books! This couple came to me after working with another agent last year, who they felt was showing them the homes that they didn’t like. Truth be told, that makes me a little nervous because there is clearly two sides to every story lol. But still we had a buyer’s consultation, got them pre-approved again, and 2 months later they found their dream home, a single in Somerton! They ended up very happy and grateful so my job was done!! Thank you Elvis for getting them to the table and dealing with me…lol and to our title company, The Dee Exchange, who is always so accommodating and helpful!

My girl got her a new house!!!! 🎉 It is a small world! We worked together for a while when we were teenagers, went to live our lives afterwards, and recently bumped into each other at a store. We caught up and she told me she was looking to buy a home.🏡 Fast forward to a couple of months later and she closed on her new home, just in time before her daughter goes off to college! Super excited for them and extremely grateful she trusted me during the entire process 🥰 As always, USA Mortgage got the deal done and I had one of the best in the business on the other side as the listing agent! This was definitely a SMOOTH deal! 🙏🏼

Congratulations to this amazing young couple!!! This is their first home together and they are beyond excited.✨To be part of this journey with them was an extreme pleasure and I have to say, the parents are some of my favorite people on this planet. I wish them so many happy moments in their home and I can’t wait to see what they do with the new place 🎉

Got this duplex SOLD for my seller who is a military veteran and had to relocate to Alabama for work. So happy he trusted me to get it done with minimal stress and minimal interference with his job.
