The wants to shut down , and that’s unacceptable.

A community of predominantly black and brown people, gathering to prioritize health and wellness, promotes positivity, encourages small businesses, while providing another platform for networking, is not harming the city whatsoever!

I stumbled across PRT last year during one of my trail skate sessions, asked one of the women what was going on and she shared the details with me. After moving from Syracuse to Philly, where I was a part of a growing and positive run club back home, I was so happy to find one in Philly.

Since I joined last year, I see how it’s grown. And I believe what is saying, there’s strength in numbers. That can be intimidating to some, and it doesn’t have to be. Collaboration can take this so much further, and if you see the amount of people in attendance, it shows the need for this Run Club to continue!

, I’m sure there’s an alternative option for PRT to continue. Better yet, I’d love to invite the City of Philadelphia to the next one so you can see for yourselves what these men are doing for the community 🏃🏿‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️💨. Let’s further the conversation and see what collaborative efforts can exist between the two organizations. 🤝

It takes a lot to start up and run a successful small business. is doing just that! Hearing their story about their journey in this industry tugged at my heart strings as an entrepreneur. I appreciated how they made it a part of their intro and allowed us into their world and their family, even if only for a moment. 🖌️🫟

The staff, the instruction, the vibes were all curated so perfectly for and I to have a freaking balllll on Mother’s Day💐

If you’re in (or near) Edison, NJ, I’d highly recommend scheduling that date with your friends and going. 🎤 🎶
