UNDER CONTRACT!!
📃📑🎉
Contrary to what many are telling you… It’s a great time to buy. There’s less competition (fear), and interest rates are dropping.
📊🏡
Work with your agent and lender to understand mortgage payment based on interest rates, property taxes, and home insurance. If those numbers make sense, feel confident about your house hunting and buying decisions!
😄👍🏼
This fully-rehabbed home will be an investment property in a great school district in Lancaster county which should be a sound investment for a long-term property portfolio.
📈👨‍🏫📚
This purchase also comes with a new seller relationship and an opportunity to add the fully-rented duplex next door down the road. Let me help you build your real estate network! There are great opportunities out there!
🏠🛜🏠🤝
Reach out if you have questions about the home buying process. Whether you’re a first time home buyer (like many of my amazing clients) or a seasoned investor (like myself and my clients); there’s opportunity out there to find an amazing home that’s perfect for you and your family.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏡
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
🎉🍾🥂

Congrats to an amazing buyer and person in Brendon! Brendon is getting out of the military and moving to Philadelphia for residency and to put down some roots!
✈️🌳🧠🩺
We moved quickly with confidence and beat out a competitive offer to land the number one house on his list (with cash back!!) all the way from San Diego!
🥷💰🏠🥇
Congrats Brendon on landing an amazing home just four minutes (walking) away from Pennsy! Bella Vista ain’t a bad location for food (Italian Market), art (Philly Magic Gardens), and fun (South Street)
🤩🍕👨🏻‍🎨🍻

Congrats to and .cook for closing on their beautiful home. Gated common area? Garage with 20 foot ceilings? Tax abatement? Roof top deck with city skyline view? Yes, please!
🏡🏘️
They finally get to put down some roots near family and friends for the first time in a long time! The wait was worth it!
⏱️☀️💫
Couldn’t be happier for you two! See you all around Frankford Ave and for Sunday dinners!

Congratulations to Josh on going under contract on a beautiful home in Fairmount.
🏡☀️
Josh is relocating from New York to Philadelphia and is looking for a fresh start in a neighborhood that is conducive to bikeability and walkability (hello Fairmount!). Fairmount is next to the Schuylkill River with numerous trails (including Kelly Drive, Boathouse Row, MLK Drive and the beautiful Schuylkill River Trail).
🚴🏼🚶🏼🚣🏼
Josh landed an incredible home, (under list🎉) that will result in some incredible equity (through both sweat and organic appreciation).
💸📈😅
Josh — us Philadelphians are really excited to welcome you and see you biking, running and walking along the awesome trails around Philadelphia.
