Atlanta's Westside is being transformed, one phase at a time.

This week, we celebrated the grand opening of Legacy at Herndon Square alongside our partners at Atlanta Housing, City of Atlanta Government, Hunt Companies, Inc., Oakwood Development Group, and Mayor Andre Dickens. The 201-unit mixed-income community completes Phase II of the Herndon Square master plan, replacing the former Herndon Homes public housing site with a vibrant, sustainable neighborhood.

Legacy at Herndon Square offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments alongside 10,000 square feet of community-oriented commercial space, connecting residents to the adjacent Science Square bio-health innovation campus and forming a new housing and health district for the Westside.

A vision years in the making is now complete in Providence's Fox Point neighborhood! Pennrose joined 195 District, City of Providence, Governor Dan McKee, Mayor Brett Smiley, and project partners to celebrate the grand opening of Tandem, the second and final phase of the transformation of Parcel 9.

Tandem delivers 61 mixed-income, workforce, and market-rate rental homes, joining Tempo to complete a 127-unit mixed-use, mixed-income community, complete with an affordable childcare facility and ground floor retail.
