We are excited to share that Ballers, a new social sports club, is set to take over 100,000 SF of prime space at The Bloc, a project we proudly developed in Downtown LA. This dynamic addition will feature pickleball, padel, golf, squash, and soccer, as well as an upscale bar and restaurant, further enhancing The Bloc’s role as a vibrant hub for community and active living. Since 1980, this 10-mile race through the heart of Philadelphia has grown into the largest of its kind in the U.S., drawing over 40,000 runners.
