Ending the 676 cap at 22nd Street with an infinity edge fountain. Motorists will feel like they're driving into the falls. with the help of LED lighting. 😮
The theme continues through the underpass with LEDs turning the ceiling & walls into an underwater excursion.

I worry they will cap 676 piecemeal and never really accomplish what needs to be done. It needs capped from 10th STREET to 22nd STREET!
