‼️ATTENTION: All City Residents and Businesses‼️
Please see the attached photo for the service schedule that will go into effect as of Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Monday, March 30, & Tuesday, March 31, the trash will be picked up as normal THEN on Wednesday, April 1, this schedule will begin.
Each garbage container being delivered has a SERIAL NUMBER that has been assigned to the address where it has been delivered. If, for any reason, you should move from that address, the containers should be left behind for the next residents for that address.
⚠️ Reminders:
🔹 ALL trash to be collected MUST now be placed inside the new Waste Pro-branded containers. Any boxes/bulky items should be broken down to conserve space in the container.
🔹 Bags placed curbside for collection will no longer be collected, UNLESS accommodations have been pre-arranged through City Hall. *See paragraph below for more information.*
🔹 Residents may no longer use personal containers.
🔹 Additional containers are available upon request at an additional charge monthly. Call our offices at the number below to be added to our list.
**If you are elderly or disabled, and cannot physically get the containers to the roadside, there are accommodations available. Please call our offices for more information.
There is a dumpster located at the City Barn at 215 Oak Street right behind the Philadelphia High School gymnasium. You are more that welcome to use this dumpster during our working hours. Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. We ask that any boxes and bulky items be broken down as much as possible to preserve space.
We thank you for your patience and cooperation during this transitional period. Our goal is to make it as seamless as possible. We understand there will be hiccups during this transition.
