Fasy when he first opened the doors at 18th Street and Thompson Avenue. After a period of time, Harry relocated to 1712 Gerard Avenue to a magnificent three-story white marble row home, built by Thomas Reilly, who specialized in building churches. In 1925, Harry’s brother, Joseph F.X. Fasy, entered the business. When Joseph passed away, his sons – John (Jack) and Bob – managed the office at Girard
Avenue. Eventually, Jack and Bob ventured from Gerard Avenue. Jack settled at the corner of 3rd Street and Godfrey Avenue in Philadelphia and Bob in Media, Pennsylvania. After 30 years in Media, Bob moved to Ocean City, New Jersey. In 1978, Jack’s son, Joe, joined him in the Philadelphia office. Jack’s focus was on insurance and Joe targeted the sales market. Jack semi-retired in 1988 and Joe ultimately became broker/owner. After Jack fully retired, Joe sold the building at 3rd & Godfrey and moved his business to 7219 Rising Sun Avenue in the Burholme/Fox Chase section of the city. Most recently, two of Joe's children – Joseph, Jr. and Dana – obtained their real estate licenses and decided to become active in the family business. Almost 100 years later, Harry's legacy continues. Fasy Real Estate flourishes under the guidance of Joe in Pennsylvania and Bob in New Jersey. Heritage is our distinction and guiding destiny. We invite you to experience the Fasy tradition! Whether your property needs are inland (http://fasyrealtors.com) or by the sea (http://www.beachwatchnj.com/), honesty and dedication to service remain at our core.
