Grand Rising! Here's a video I came across for those who feel that a realtor relationship may not be ideal. I love this lady as she is literally explaining all that we do on your behalf. The difference in not using or paying us would be that you, in my opinion total succeed at buying on your own. My recommendation in going this route would be to also 10000% hire an ATTORNEY.
