In August of 2014, I listed my house in Bella Vista for sale with Tyler of Wagner Real Estate. One month later, I had sold my house, bought a new one in Passyunk Square, and was on a path to a new career! As my fourth real estate transaction drew to a close, I realized I would miss the new challenges, excitement, and fun that each transaction brought with it. Tyler encouraged me to pursue a course
in real estate and in January 2015, I joined the Wagner Group, now of Compass. I graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Economics, and worked for over 12 years as an Economist in the Federal government. My work with labor market data has developed an expertise in trend analysis as well as an acute attention to detail. Living in Philadelphia for 5 years and working there for well over a decade, I know the city and its neighborhoods, particularly South Philly, very well. I currently live in Passyunk Square (with the hottest restaurant scene in the city), and would be just as thrilled to provide a dinner recommendation as show you a house! With no shortage of enthusiasm and energy, as well as a knack for efficiency and organization, I am eager to show you that your first--or next--real estate transaction can be gratifying…and even fun!
