Christina Briglia was raised in South Philadelphia and currently resides in the Girard Estate area. She graduated with honors from Cabrini College in 2008 with a degree in Psychology & Sociology. After some life exploring and job in the food industry and property management fields, she decided to begin her own venture into real estate sales. She joined Coldwell Banker Preferred in 2016. Passionate about the business, Christina developed Philly Home Connection (PHC) as a means to deliver the very best service to Philadelphia's residents.

Hey PHC Family! I know the posts have been lacking this year. I have still absolutely been selling real estate behind the scenes. I also have been experiencing a few exciting and challenging life transitions that have caused me to step back from social a bit.

The Fun Stuff:
✨️I got engaged!
✨️I had countless friends over by the pool to enjoy Summer with me.
✨️I partnered up with someone to begin a side business.
✨️I made moves to grow my real estate business and provide even more support for both myself and clients (details TBA by the new year)!

The Hard Stuff:
🔨I am nearing the end of a two year long renovation project that gave me every problem in the book and then some. (But very excited to share the final product soon).
❤️I helped several family members with difficult situations or special projects.
😿Lost both of my fur babies this year.
📸My long time social media manager accepted a terrific new job opportunity and I haven't found the right fit to take over quite yet. But I am here and will be much more present very soon!
