The "NEW NORMAL" to see a home with a Realtor requires you to sign a Buyer's Agency Agreement. :)This process has actually always been in place because the compensation paid to a buyer’s agent has ALWAYS been negotiable. Sellers should want qualified buyers to come into their home and be represented by a professional.
Here’s what the agreement covers:
✅Sets up a time frame to work with a fabulous Realtor
✅States the compensation and how it goes about getting paid.
✅Let’s you know what the duties are owed to you as a buyer.
