Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and orderly work environment; Observe all safety requirements and regulations at all times; Provide clear and consistent communication on project assignments; Minimize waste and maximize efficiency to reduce costs; Demonstrate a general knowledge of construction best practices; Maintain up to date knowledge of all code requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, trade certification preferred; OSHA 10 certification is mandatory; Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience with residential renovation projects; Must have own tools; Vehicle or easy access to transportation.
