This deal was cool b/c we finally got to work with our girl & it got a little hectic 🥴 but she stuck it out & we got it done! 💪🏾 We appreciate you girly! ☺️

Our guy came through with the bag on this one 💰 just submitted some docs for another one 😉

We also got to use our sister company on the loan docs ✍🏾

And finally we’re extra hype we got to work with our guy 🔥🔥🔥 listen we haven’t closed a deal with him in almost 10 years!! Our very first year in real estate we made $100k - 60% of that probably came from him! So excited we got to work together again 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

This deal was MOSTLY smooth! It came in through our website 💻 it took us 1 month to get it under contract but once we did, we closed in less than 1 month. A couple of hiccups popped up at the end, but per usual, we got it done!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

This was a scary one 🎃 we’ve been working on this deal since last July! This property is fire damaged 👨🏾‍🚒 with violations, the seller ghosted us numerous times 👻 & then once we finally went under contract, we ran into delays & title issues due to it being purchased from a sheriff sale! 👮🏾‍♂️

We thought we had to wait a year like everybody else, but we not them, so of course - we got it done!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

There’s no problem that we can’t solve! We can purchase your sheriff sale property even if the deed was recorded less than a year ago! Please give us a call if you or anyone you know has a property they’d like to sell! 🏚️

We’ve been working on this deal for 5 months, dealing with debt issues & delays with settlement, but as always, we got it done! 💪🏾

The seller said, “I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders!” I’m glad we were able to be that solution 🥰

What was cool about this deal is that it is a 3 property package deal, in the neighborhood grew up in 🔥🔥🔥
