It’s been a minute, but we right back! Let’s get into the deets ☕️

This deal was cool b/c we finally got to work with our girl & it got a little hectic 🥴 but she stuck it out & we got it done! 💪🏾 We appreciate you girly! ☺️

Our guy came through with the bag on this one 💰 just submitted some docs for another one 😉

We also got to use our sister company on the loan docs ✍🏾

And finally we’re extra hype we got to work with our guy 🔥🔥🔥 listen we haven’t closed a deal with him in almost 10 years!! Our very first year in real estate we made $100k - 60% of that probably came from him! So excited we got to work together again 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
