Am I done with Philly Real Estate forever? Probably not.

Will I still be designing and building some epic projects? Absolutely.

What a journey.

8 years fully immersed in the developer, designer, landlord world in Philly and it made me who I am today. I am forever grateful for the power of real estate and that someone like me can end up where I have after starting with nothing. Real estate is just such an incredible wealth creation tool. I will forever house hack because I simply love the financial security it provides. Housing expenses covered? Yes please.

I househacked my way to a 15 acre resort in PR (it’s transforming into an organic farm and community center.) And I’m house hacking here. Literally fulfilling my wild dreams. I get to play and learn outside everyday, build community, be of service and focus on my own and lead others to healthier ways of living. Such deep healing here.

So as part of this next era, I have decided to let go of some of that old life and I’m selling a few of my properties. These could make an amazing house hack for a new investor, or be an incredible addition to any investors portfolio. The locations are situated absolutely perfect and will continue to see rapid improvement.
